  • Non-refundable Items: Certain services, such as premium listing upgrades, advertisement placements, or once a product or service has been successfully sold or completed, may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Submit a refund request through our Contact Us page, providing your transaction details (order number, date, and reason for the request).
  2. Review: Our customer support team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. Decision: If the refund request is approved, the payment will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the advertisement or service was posted or fulfilled as agreed.

  • If the ad was removed due to violating our Terms of Service or other policies.

4. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Payment processors (Flutterwave, PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

Please note that Find4Less Limited is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service or listing before it is processed, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. Cancellations will only be considered before the service or listing goes live. Once the ad is posted or service is rendered, cancellation and refund requests may not be applicable.

6. Refund for Subscription Services

For users subscribing to premium or subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Weekly,monthly, yearly, etc.).
  • Refund requests for unused portions of the subscription will only be considered if the service was not delivered or was flawed.
  • Cancellation of subscriptions must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

To protect against fraudulent activities, Find4Less Limited may request additional documentation or verification in case of suspicious activities.
